The food was very good but overpriced! And we waited a very kind time and we went at 2:30 in the afternoon so I was surprised it too so long!
Service was decent and ambiance great for kids. Food is terrible and WAAAAY over priced!

There were only three of us and it took 30 mins for someone to come take our order and another 20 to get our drinks. We were sat in a section that didn’t even have a worker in it. Didn’t even get a compensation or a sorry. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Fish tacos - cold shells & fish & filled with slaw & one tiny strip of fish ! Some kind of bean soupy stuff accompanied it. My husband ordered a draft beer & of course they brought in the glass you have to pay for & you tell them you don’t want it & they take cost off bill . Ask first ! His taco salad was no better than Taco Bell!
People complain way to much. Sure the prices were a little steep but really no difference then most places no days. We went to celebrate my daughter birthday yesterday and she had a blast, we had a great experience. Very friendly staff. Stop complaining about prices and service. It’s a tour destination what else do you expect. So much more worry about in this world then waiting for food.
A great place to bring the grandkids. We were seated right away. They gave all the kids hats, crayons and their own menus. Good variety of kids meals, and desert is included. Fun, exciting decor with thunderstorms. Feels like you are in a rainforest. The staff is great and the kids love it. Nice gift shop too. Also good quality food. We will be back.
We were a party of 11. We did receive our drinks, however, we waited for an hour for our food so we decided to cancel. We did not see our waitress nor did she keeps us informed of when the food was going to be out. We found the manager and he took care of the drinks. The prices are very high. The smart thing to do is get the appetizers to split among a group. I don't think any chicken fettuccini should cost $21.50.
