It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Was this pediatrician friendly? Polite Enough Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain

No, they were very calm and understanding Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
