Dr. Rainey is excellent. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. I was dissatisfied with the other office staff and the cleanliness of the exam rooms. My child's temperature was never taken before he received shots and it should have been. I'll be looking for another doctor.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

The Office is full of unprofessionals staffs. I was very disappointed with thier office staffs on thier customer treatment and scheduling. It seems like they didn't care about their customers waitting time and schedule courtesy. Not recomonded for any child or parents.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

We were fortunate to find Dr Rainey almost 15 years ago when my granddaughter was an infant, and we have continued with her since the arrival of two siblings.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area

No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Is this provider's business conveniently located?
