Dr Rainey is very pleasant and gentle. Her staff on the other hand, I have encountered quite a few problems. It seems that she has possibly tried to do some development, but it still falls short greatly!

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? All the time. It made me very suspicious Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
