Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Absolutely yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were, I am hoping with the new office, they will liven it up a bit to be more child friendly, more colors and such, it's kind of dreary and cold atmosphere now. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. Dr. Rainey is a good physician. The biggest problem is the staff. While they are polite and courteous, they often place you on hold for 5 minutes or longer, and fail to respond to voicemail messages within the same day etc. I have often waited all day for a return call just to be sent to voicemail again for appointments, prescription refills etc. Since they are rarely short staffed- I can never find a good reason why they often fall short.
