Bad experience: Walked in for a manicure and gel nails, with a very simple nail art design. (my natural nails) The tech cut my nails shorter than I asked for, and didn't reshape them well. They grinded off my last gel nails set without prepping with acetone - and she grinded several of my nails soo thin it was painful to touch. *it's going to take months to repair this damage. I am disappointed with the service I've received at this location. It was the first time every having my nails done. I couldn't figure out what service I will be receiving....gel nails or acrylic. Just before the 2 week mark my nails started lifting. I went back to show them what happened only to learn nothing can be done!! They suggested to glue it back on. But what if any bacteria gets trapped in there?? I can not recommend this nail salon at all!!!
