My biggest problem I have is that I was over charged by about $10 by the girl who was working at the front desk. They need to get a better POS system a calculator is not working. However, Jenny was my nail artist she was nice but the nails on one hand are longer than the other plus she missed parts of the nail when she did the polish they are just small things I’m not overly worried about but figured I would mention. Overall the atmosphere is great
Worst place to do any of the listed care They dont even know their waxing machine is working or not. First day visit after appointment i was told the machine was not on to come after 30min. Next day arriving on my time i was told waxing machine not working. No unit manager on site. Very disappointing staffs and place . Please dont waste your time
