The worst service department I have ever experienced. I have wasted multiple days sitting at this dealership only to find out they didn't have time to complete the work that most dealers could get done in an hour. For example. The last time I was getting my vehicle serviced the tech told me as I was walking out the door that my fuel filter would need replaced any day. The next day my check engine light came on. Folks. I would not suggest going to this dealership under any circumstances. Why? Allow me to explain. Just got my car out of the shop there. About two years ago, I spent over $7,000 at this location to have an engine replaced. Now, this week, I spent over $2,000 for the following work to the same vehicle: They replaced the air compressor for $1,135 and painted the hood (since the paint had faded - was not a factory paint job) $400, and replaced the windshield wiper motor and a pneumatic rear hatch support. We apologize for the situation with your vehicle. When the vehicle was picked up, the key would not manually unlock the door due to faulty workmanship from a previous repair at a body shop. Since the battery in the key was inexplicably dead, we replaced the battery in the key at no charge. We also advised you of the vehicle battery situation at pickup. Due to the nature of the situation, we did offer to replace the battery at no labor charge and our parts cost, which you refused. We understand your concern with the situation... read more

Their service is a joke. My father and I both have jeeps and have experienced service from Rainbow. My father had an airbag electronics issue. They claimed that he caused the damage by having a radio changed out. That's false seeing as the radio was changed out by a former Mobile one technician and they have agreements with these same people for electronics work. Then, to top it off, they bent pins over in a connector that created more problems that my dad had to fix himself. Warranty didn't cover it because it was his fault... read more
