This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Rainbow in less than 2 yrs. I absolutely love this place!! They honor all prices and even negotiate deals over the phone. Awful customer service! We purchased a used car with a "clean " car fax that Rainbow gave us. We noticed the car had several front end problems. We took it to Hyundai because it was still under warranty. The mechanic showed us that the car had been wrecked and repaired. Obviously, if Rainbow services their cars before selling them, like the manager told me, they were aware the car had been wrecked.
