I will never do business with and Rainbow dealership ever again, especially the service department for Rainbow Dodge on hwy 190 in Covington, LA. Went to get my flat tire serviced because I purchased the extended tire plan, which I would NOT recommend, and Ray and Vernon did not file the claim before or on the service date and gave my wife the runaround for weeks. RecommendedI purchased a 2010 Infinity G37 Sport Convertible today and the experience was easily one of the best I've had in my car buying experience! From Ian's immediate warm greeting, to Billy's straightforward business attitude (also helps that he, like I, was a Veteran!) took the deal from 0-60 with a great feeling that I wasn't getting BS'd! The service department is the worst on the entire auto industry. They will lie and do whatever they have to do to delay what they owe you or lie about your car being worked on or lie about calling you or lie about rental cars or lie about whats wrong with your vehicle. They didnt look at my truck for a week and a half. Then they misdiagnosed the problem. Took weeks to get the parts. My truck was there for 27 days and 3 weeks after i get the truck back i still haven't gotten my reimbursement check for the tow and rental car. ... read more
