I went in with low expectations, not thinking I would leave with a vehicle I LOVE, like the new 2016 jeep renegade sitting in my driveway right now. Samantha was amazing at helping me purchase what I wanted - she knew what I had for trade and what I could afford and made it work for me, this was the smoothest experience I have ever had at a car dealership!

I purchased a Rubicon lift kit, new rims, new tires, and new fenders. I was sold on doing this through the dealership because it was all under warranty. Well let me just say that due to my lack of knowledge on how the vehicle should ride after being lifted I drove it for a few months and then realized on a trip it was 1 1/8 inches out o alignment at a garage out of state. Another great experience at Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I had some routine maintenance done on my 2500 Cummins Diesel Pickup. Again the work was done professional and on time. It took a couple days to complete the work. Mr. David Monk contacted me and kept me informed on the progress. I have been dealing with Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Covington since 1998.
