Have been with this company for over 20 years, on their maintenance program. Called their office 2, weeks ago and left a message. No response. Called the next week and voicemail box is full. Have called everyday this week, same full message. Now I find out the office doors are locked, not a person around. Work vehicles locked behind office. Appears they have gone out of business, without notice and leaving us to find someone to shut our systems down last minute, before the snow comes. I called today, October 29th 2018, because I did not receive any maintenance fliers like in previous years. I was greeted to a new menu system and the company was now called Apex Irrigation. I spoke to the office only to just now find out that Rainlink apparently is no longer in business and Apex has acquired their customer list. Had my sprinklers installed 11 years ago by Rain Link. Had been on maintenance program until last fall. Technicians are always knowledgeable and do great work. Problem is getting service for fall shutdown and spring startup especially in recent years. Office staff continually puts you off or has a reason why they can't fit you into their schedule. They never seem to be able to schedule you on the weeks you request. I would highly recommend them for installation but would suggest going elsewhere for service and maintenance un... read more

Have been on there sprinker close and open program for six years. This year they failed to follow through with a mailer like they indicated they would and have in past to set open system date. I called to follow-up as most of my neighborhood had sprinkler systems on. They put me a hold for 10 min, came back and gave me a date to open system then put me on hold again for five minuses, canceled that date and gave me another that did not would lot work for my family since someone had to be home.
