I've used Rain City Maids for almost 2 months now on a bi weekly basis. Each time they come and clean our place, my wife and I are surprised at how well they do. They do a great job cleaning each room we ask them to as well as with small details (i.e. cleaning the toaster, arranging shoes on the entry way shoe rack neatly, etc.). I've used Rain City Maids several times now - once for a special request to dust very high ceilings, once for a deep clean, and several other times for regular cleanings. I like that the owner checks on the jobs himself and that the team creates a checklist detailing everything they've done. It helps clarify expectations for both parties and the house is always in great shape. Rain City Maids I’ve used rain city maids a few times now – first time for a deep clean of the house about 3 weeks after we moved in, and I was so impressed with their work that I’ve since hired them for a regular twice a month cleaning. Their rates are very competitive – and great quality for the price. What do I like about them? On time, great communication, clean very thoroughly, and best of all the house doesn’t smell like bleach when they’re done. I was very disappointed with this company. It's a rip off! I paid close $300 for deep cleaning, and all the add ons for an apartment size home and they did not even do the basic cleaning. No dusting, no bath tub scrub, did not even make the beds! They tried to skip vacuuming and mopping the living room floor because I had laid a carpet there (which could be easily rolled up). From start to finish my experience with this business has been easy and positive. I was able to get a quick response from Ben regarding rates and scheduling. He was able to schedule an appointment promptly and kept the communication going until the date of service. Their rates were also better than other highly rated businesses.
