I have been using Rain City Maids now, bi-monthly, for the past several months and I have been completely satisfied each and every time. They are professional, courteous, honest, and always on time. I also like that they send the same team each week so they know my apartment, know how we like things, know where we store our items, etc. This is a perk. This company is amazing ! Lila did such a thorough job with our house yesterday . She works quickly, efficiently and meticulously! The company is set up with great communication via email and texting. Everything was easy and convenient . We are planning on using the company long term every other week.
This was my first time using Rain City Maids or any maid service and so far I am impressed! I love how communicative they are. I gave them a tough job of cleaning my windowsills and they are practically spotless now! Im having them come back to do more cleaning and plan to continue using them on a regular basis.
