My first experience with Rain City Maids and I’m very happy with the service. I had them do a deep clean - I’ve had the flu and I have toddlers around so my house was in extreme need of deep clean. They really did a great job. There was one area behind my bathroom toilet that was missed, but when I complained they came the next day and redid it without giving me a hard time. They were very interested in making sure I was pleased with my service.
I recently had my first cleaning with Rain City Maids. The customer service and attention to detail are far superior to other cleaning services I have used. For my first appointment my cleaner was very punctual. She took the time to discuss my needs and preferences before getting started. Her supervisor stopped by near the end of her cleaning to ensure I was happy with the service and I received a follow up call a couple days later to confirm I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Rain City Maids.
I love this company. I've been looking for a reliable reasonably priced cleaning company for years and I think I finally found one with Rain City Maids. LeAnna came out and did an excellent cleaning job. She explained that she was here to make my life easier (and she did). When she was finished my house was clean, shiny and smelled sooo fresh. From start to finish this company was efficient, friendly, professional, and priced just right. I will use them again!!!
We are so happy to have found Rain City Maids. They have been a dream to work with from getting the initial quote and having all my questions answered, to scheduling, to the actual cleaning. I've never used a cleaning service before, but I've been in my apartment for over two years and wanted to do a deep clean. I googled maid services, and they were the first to pop up and had great reviews. They are so easy to schedule, and they have a wide variety of services to choose from!
