It was very easy to schedule my first service as well as recurring visits, and pay online. I set up the first service even though we weren't going to be home that morning. I received a confirmation email along with two reminder emails and a phone call to inquire about any specifics, etc. because it was our first time using Rain City Maids. We came home to a very clean house that smelled fresh but not like harsh chemicals.
