Great place to rent A nice rental community for downtown commuters. Located just adjacent to the Route 59 metro station. Spacious apartments and clean and well maintained surroundings. SLightly expensive but worth it. They have several residential parties and a nice clubhouse and gym for the residents.
I would like to give negative stars but I have to give at least one for this website. This place is awful! There is no communication, no professionalism, and no manners. Take the negative reviews seriously. This place needs to be shut down and destroyed because of the lack of response in the safety of the neighborhood. I normally don't take reviews seriously. However READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!!!!!!! I moved in about a month ago. I thought it was goinng to be a good place. I was wrong. It is taking EVERYTHING in me to not break these lease. -Parking: The guest parking is a grand total of 20 spots and residents park there. No parking spaces, no park for kids to play in so they play in the streets. Just got towed for having a ‘garage only’ pass and parked for 5 minutes in the parking lot instead. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
RecommendedVery close to railway station. Easy for public transportation.
Homes shakes when trains pass. Lot of noise from residents. Children play in parking lot. Management only reminds the residents about the lease agreement and don’t take action. Theft of amazon packets. Overall rental rates are too high, then they deliver.
Very good neighbourhood located perfectly near railway station.service staff are very efficient and fixes issues quickly

Calm and safe apartment and very close to train commute with all amenities nearby
