Failed to complete several items: 1: Was unprepared to remove grey stain from shower stall floor. (We removed it using Comet and a stiff brush.) 2. Failed to wipe upper ledge in the shower stall. 3. Failed to remove the ring inside the toilet bowl.
The cleaning was excellent. I plan on hiring them to clean my apartment every other week. My bathroom was especially nice !
They did a great job in a very short amount of time. They really made our lives so much easier. Thanks so much!
They did a pretty good job. The one woman I arranged everything with (Sherry) was amazing and a fast worker. Her assistant was new to the job and worked very slowly - she spent an hour in a small bathroom and only got about 70 percent of what I wanted done in there so I was a little dissapointed. The other woman, Sherry, was thorough and did a great job. Overall, I was pleased with the job they did but I wouldn't spend that big of a chunk of money again for the same service.
We've only had them visit for initial consultation. However, they seem well organized and positive to our requests. First cleaning visit in next week.
Our cleaning person exceeded our expectations. She has done a fantastic job.
I had rated this company once before, but since the cleaning I have started packing to move and have found a lot of dust in places there shouldn't be any.
From what I could see, it did not look like they got to the bottom floor within the 6 hours quoted.
Tracy did an excellent job, and we look forward to having her continue to clean our house.
