Anne called me within minutes of posting our request with Service Magic. I talked to her for quite a while and she gave pertinent information about her company and workers. She gave me their rates and answered all questions I had about their ratings that were posted on line. We made an appointment for the person who worked the area I live in and Nikki called me the same day to set up the time she would come out to do the work. Very personable company. They did a great job.
