They were responsive and on time.
I was very pleased with the person assign to come to my house, she was on time, efficient and listened to all the requests and directions i gave her. We were very happy with the results and will hire her again.
We recently used Raggedy Ann's for a move-out cleaning in our 1300 sq. ft. condo. We were quoted at 5 hours which was very reasonable and 100% accurate (which almost never happens). Teressa showed up on time and ready to go. She cleaned our condo top-to-bottom including insides of cupboards, baseboards, window sills, and appliances. My wife and I were extremely impressed with how effective she was in such a short amount of time. All of this for $160, which is half of what we've paid other companies to do a lesser job.

The maid they sent was very friendly and courteous, but the cleaning job she did was mediocre.

Sorry for this customer's dissatisfaction. We felt that she would be difficult to please when we first talked to her. The tech she had help her has been with us six years and always gets 4 to 5 start ratings. She is known for her attention to detail. This particular customer was looking to spend as little money as possible and did not want to pay for all that needed to be done. We have had less than 1% complaints out of seven thousand completed jobs, which tells the real story.
I really appreciate them responding on short notice and they came within 48 hours. I appreciate the quick response.

Cleaning Person was looking through cook books that I had out, then again interested in looking through catalogs instead of cleaning. (Minimalist.) GOOD job, I would prefer a great job at least the first time.

I always appreciate customer feedback. This customer said she called Home Advisor and told them to take off this review. She told me that our tech did not waste time looking through catalogues and cook books as she originally stated and that she actually did do a great job. The tech worked for four hours without a break and asked the customer how everything was and she said "GREAT'. The tech had to organize the books to clean, the customer said she was sorry to me for putting this review on line. Ann Odom
