I was contacted by this business who bragged about how great their business was based on accolades by BBB type awards etc. I requested a detailed deep cleaning for a move out and the price quoted was reasonable. Unfortunately the person who showed up to do the work was completely unprofessional by complaining that my microwave oven was filthy and that I should wipe up after myself when I spilled something in there! I did talk to this person and told her I would talk to the tech that did the job and it was reported to me that the fact that the extremely behind conditions of the home and that the mental state of the client was very unstable made an already difficult situation even more difficult. She was not receiving the fact that we could not just wait for the self cleaning oven to cool off before wiping it out without having to charge her for the time. Raggedy Ann Dust Busters is professional, customer friendly and the service very good. I really like Resa and will hire her to do a monthly cleaning of our house. She did a very good job. First time I have ever had anyone clean my home-- was pleased.

Did a great job but seemed to be a bit slow...overall though very happy with other the service.
Very prompt and would inform me of problems and show me! Very thorough and upmos professional! As an ex janitor I know how difficult it can be to clean others build up and the customer service was excellent! I recommend there service !
