I am requesting weekly service with the person that came the first time. I liked her a lot. Things weren't perfect but I wasn't super clear on what I wanted either or what I wanted her to use. We can work that out. Just am not positive she can work weekly on a consistent basis due to her other work commitments (other employment). We'll have to see if we can work it out. Sherry did a wonderful job for me. The house looks so nice. It's like walking into a resort spa, it's so clean. She let me know she was going to be a few minutes late. I appreciated the notification. The cleaning took 5 hours instead of 4. She was working so hard trying to get the tub and shower grime cleaned out. I really liked how she arranged the books, photos and do dads in the living room. I'll call upon Raggedy Ann's again if I need to. I hate to dust. I kept busy outside doing yard work.
They did a very good job cleaning my apartment. I had someone come and do a move out cleaning and she did great :)
Gaby went above-and-beyond for us to come on a weekend. She was very friendly and professional, and did a great job cleaning everything. Nice price too.
I would recommend the service IF you remain at home so you can check completeness of work. Even after the server had left the project, I found an old band aid in one of the showers I had requested cleaned. In terms of willingness to go the extra mile with products for the tough cleaning areas I had contracted for, Ann was proactive in finding solutions before the project began.

Excellent. Did a wonderful job. Very detailed oriented. Someone called immediately and set up an appointment and they showed up on time.
