A good job overall. Much better than the begining for a 1 day super clean. The floor was still a little dirty is my only c/o. thanks
Was not satisfied with the service I received. Work was not completed in the time she promised.
Business response:
The consumer was contacted multiple times in the 24 hours previous to the start of the job to confirm time of arrival. There was a question of wether the job was to start at 12:00 or 1:00, there was was no responce. A new renter moved into the residence before the Tech could finish her work. The consumer was contacted atleast a half a dozen times after the complaint, and was offered credit and or free cleaning to ammend any dissatifaction and consumer did not respond to our offer from Raggedy Ann'
Both Ann Odom, owner, and her employee, Sarah were professional, conscientious and considerate. Sarah's cleaning job was outstanding. I would hire them again in a minute.

Ann communicated promptly and was very professional in her efforts to match me up with someone who would work well with my needs. Her employee was also excellent in communicating with me, and did an exceptional job on her first time.
Excellent experience and will continue working with this agency.
Did a good job. Worked hard, but we found out there was more to do than could be completed within the scheduled 4 hours. Will call to have them return to finish our project. We are pleased.
She called back almost before I had received the email for the 3 companies. Ann is professional and a nice person to work with. Natalie who came out to do the actual cleaning is vary hard working and did a great job.
