Listen to the other reviews. This management group is HORRIBLE. It's impossible to reach anyone (via phone or email). They'll charge you for maintenance fees and won't tell you what the charge is for or respond to any request for a receipt. They don't pay their contractors in any kind of timely manner, and also don't communicate with the contractors on payment, which means that there are no technicians or mechanics who want to work for them, so it's difficult to get any maintenance issue fixed. I wish I didn't live here.
do not rent from these people they will leave open sewage pipes in your apartment and completely ignore you
Radix was super easy to deal with and were attentive whenever I had any questions. Would very much recommend.
