Hello, to everybody, the location they show you above. I've been there. They are not there. The office is on 5th street. Two blocks from south street. Forties constructions and redix's propaty is there. A lot of people probably looking for them and they are hiding the original location. They owe me money from construction job. Over one year. First thing you notice the phone number above. The number is not in service. What kind of a company give you non walking number.

I was a tenant in one of the penthouses at Fabric Lofts in Queen Village for roughly 5 1/2 years. This is an amazing apartment in a great building. The other tenants in the building were great neighbors! My experience with Radix was great.
This company is the biggest scam artist around Owes me for 2 projects FYI there real office is at 5th and Monroe is south Philly and I believe they still own a property around 20th and locust I’m down for a class action lawsuit
