I’ve had the pleasure of staying in four different Radix Property Group apartments and each one has been an incredible experience. Their properties are consistently well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and located in great neighborhoods. From the seamless leasing process to responsive management, they truly prioritize tenant satisfaction. Every place I’ve lived in has felt like home, not to mention I am a current tenant now. Fantastic urban living.
I was a tenant in one of the penthouses at Fabric Lofts in Queen Village for roughly 5 1/2 years. This is an amazing apartment in a great building. The other tenants in the building were great neighbors! My experience with Radix was great.
This company is the biggest scam artist around Owes me for 2 projects FYI there real office is at 5th and Monroe is south Philly and I believe they still own a property around 20th and locust I’m down for a class action lawsuit
Company hires contractors with full intentions not to pay. Also any landlords or companies that uses Radix for property management, I can guarantee you they cut any corner possible to save on materials and expenses, i have seen it first hand. Avoid this company and anyone who works here, they’re all apart of the scam. If I could give 0 stars I would.
