This was supposed to be an experience, a weekend away to spoil ourselves at an extravagant hotel, short of the lobby, that experience fell short. Here is what we experienced this weekend....and paid far too much for "theses" services 1. Valet attendant on arrival said we can park ourselves or it is" available all weekend”. When we checked in with the front desk, all was fine, he also stated valet service was available, when asked if it was included, he stated again it was available for the quests...this was a time to indicat... read more

We had our wedding reception there on July 19,2014. Words can't even express how amazing the staff was from the bellmen to the staff we had during our reception! Also, the food was beyond delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to stay at and to have your wedding reception!
We had a two night stay.. An I must say the access to the mall was Amazing.. Customer service was excellent an the rooms were Beautiful and Very clean! We were impressed!
I loved this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
