Recently attended a 2-day work conference in one of the meeting spaces, and all my expectations were exceeded. Everything is stunning, the food was excellent and the staff were so wonderful! Very impressive!
We booked this room after learning that our flight was cancelled due to severe weather. Several of our friends also had cancelled flights so they met us for dinner at FireLake. Great food and service. We ordered room service this morning and enjoyed a rare "lazy" morning. I have high expectations when it comes to service and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Disappointing! No extras but it's attached to Mall so if that's all you're looking for, this is your hotel. I prefer more for what I paid.
Nice convenient Hotel..... Only complaint is No Hot Tub....
