Beware! We left our car with the valet after specifically being told we had no other option. (Since when can I not park my own car?) When we picked it up we realized they had gone into the locked glove compartment and stolen a large sum of money. Leaving passports and business checks though. They were sneaky enough to re-lock it....We are talking with the authorities and they have said this is pretty common in the area.
I jumped into bed and the whole bed was wet under the comforter. Gross!!! I don't even want to know why! Lucky they had 2 beds in my room.
The best staff, clean room with a great atmosphere. Only place I stay when I visit I love it
I must say that I have been here for two days and I'm sorry to say I have 3 more to go. I have been left sitting at the airport for an hour and a half, I had to beg for a ride in the shuttle which resulted in an accident on the freeway I was involved in. Instead of making an effort to get me back to the hotel I had to wait in the shuttle for over an hour. The second day I was here the hotel staff did nothing to help me get to my destination, other than completely frustrate me. I can only imagine what other problems I will en... read more
