This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a poor review of anything really. Laying awake in my room (545) as I write this because I can't sleep! The room is clean and the bed is comfortable but there is incessant noise coming from literally all sides of me but below. Bangs, clicks, whirrs, voices, clatters, buzzes, shudders. Incessant. There's plenty of potential for being a great hotel, our experience though shows there a lack of attention to the details. Our room had many lights that were not working and even a phone that did not work. There was a lack of information in our room. And worst of all the phone never worked during our stay. I believe there could be an improvement in guest hospitality training for many first level managers and guest facing staff. Positive note from our stay.
