Excellent food & Service – Was there last night with my sister & Dad. Very nice place, with outside seating. Sis had a pasta with chicken dish, Dad had a veal dish and I had chicken limone, they all were excellent. Also the soup and salad starters we had were really good. The service was excellent. I'll definitely go back again. Expect to pay about $36.00 per person with starter/entree/coffee, which is not bad for a good dinner in Northern Liberties/Olde city area. We got there at 5:30pm and had no problems finding parking, ... read more
My favorite! – My husband and I go here for dinner every Sat night...we love it! Never had a bad meal and the food is consistently good!!!!! Michael and team are fantastic! The service is over the top, the prices are very reasonable...we love it!! Branzino, Veal Milanese, Filet Mignon Special, Lamb Chops, salads, mussels, pastas: all to die for...a must go!!
Best Italian BYOB in town! – We went there on a Saturday night with 6 people and there was the best food I ever had in a BYOB!! I had the grilled fish and it was so good! the potatoes and vegetables beside were not that great but everything else was so amazingly good! Staff were really friendly but we had to wait one hour because they don't take reservations.
Best Restaurant in Philly – I discovered Radicchio by chance a few years ago and I have NEVER been disappointed. This restaurant is incredible! I've traveled througout Italy several times and this restaurant reminds me of all the great restaurants in Napoli or Reggio Calabria! It's awesome. The staff is so friendly and will never force their personality on you...but engage them in conversation and they're the best. Noel is especially awesome. Sometimes the wait can be a little long ( they're so popular!) so check out their o... read more
decent place to eat – so-so. staff was good, but food wasn't on par with good italian byos downtown. :) overall good experience though.
Fabulous Food! – Went here with a group of 6. We had to wait outside for an hour for a table - and it was pretty chilly, so I was a little skeptical that it would be worth the wait - but it was! We got an assortment of appetizers and all were really great. The crab cake appetizer was spectacular - BEST crab cake I've ever had - hands down! Everyone raved about their entrees also. We were all so stuffed that we didn't even order dessert - which never happens for me. As an added plus - this place was really reasonably priced. ... read more
Best Italian in Philly – This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the city. They have the freshest fish (carved tableside) and some amazing pasta. Be careful of weekends as the word has gotten out and you're sure to find a wait. Still it's definitely worth a trip and you won't be dissapointed.
best italian in city – Fabulous BYOB spot. Romantic, intimate, and phenomenal cuisine. In the summer they open the windows, creating a cool cross-breeze through the restaurant. The dover sole is one of the best I have ever had. Authentic Italian fare for a truly generous price!
A B.Y.O.B. with eminently satisfying Italian fare. – In Short On a pavement peninsula bordering Northern Liberties and Old City, shiny glass windows and walls painted in oranges and yellows set a cozy scene. Couples waiting for tables--seating is first come, first served--linger on the sidewalk, wine bottles in hand. Italian fare that is so uttely straightforward, but so updated. Generous entrees--a bowl of rich penne with crabmeat topped with fresh aurgula and tomatoes and a perfectly filleted, are immensely satisfying.
