My daughter had to have her front teeth drilled and filled. The procedure took almost three hours. We had been apprehensive about having the work done but Dr. Kohler took his time and did an excellent job. He kept talking to us and making us laugh. My daughter walked out smiling (despite the numbness).
amazing staff! The are so friendly and helpful, appreciative and confident! They are so welcoming and i'm so thankful they take my insurance! I am moving but i will be making a 2hr drive communte to stay with them! Best Dentist i've ever had!!!
My dental hygienist, Jennifer, is so wonderful! She's so kind and upbeat that I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned by her. I love the whole staff and Dr. Bold. They all know me by my first name and I feel like I'm part of their family. I give them an A+!
I'll keep this short. The office is super clean & friendly. Their newest hygenist, Dena, is amazing!! She is gentle, communicates what she is doing, aware of sensitive teeth, & is very informative! I especially enjoyed the new massage-dental chair that they just got!!!
Dr. Bold and crew are fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist and Dental Assistant (Kin). Sally at the front desk is so sweet and Jennifer the Hygenist is very thorough and fun. I feel like family there, but then again, I'm in the office a lot - I've had multiple crowns replaced, fillings redone, and now I'm undergoing Invisalign treatment. I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Bold and crew, and if I could give his office 10 stars, I would.
Was able to walk in and make appt for next day. Excellent staff. Dr Bold has the best 'bedside manner'. Office clean and stocked with updated reading material. Wait time under 10 minutes. I was treated very well. Will definitely return.
Jennifer is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is gentle, but thorough and very caring.
The procedure went well and fast and looks good. Dr. Bold is very professional and friendly. And right after the appointment I would have rated it a 5 star...but...below is why not. Now, a few days later, I still have hot and cold sensitivity...hope this goes away, otherwise I have to go back again to get it checked.
The atmosphere is extremely personal which provides for a comfortable experience.
