Sally and the other girl at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and very, very pleasant. The periodontal lady was professional but I absolutely didn't get that warm and welcome vibe from her. I had to ask all the questions. She was like "We are going to do this horrendous procedure on you just because we can", rather then provide a little background on why it is necessary and worth the significant out-of-pocket expense.
Everyone was really nice and the doctor was funny and nothing hurt. My teeth looked even more beautiful after I left. Thanks!

Dr. Bold, his staff and office are all top notch.. Very clean, organized and state of the art office. I was impressed and look forward to the next visit.
Dr. Bold was highly recommended by a friend. Our main reason for switching was because his dental office is equipped with the newest technology. My gums were a little infected and they used laser to kill the bacteria. I needed two crowns and he did them right there in his dental office while I waited. Usually you need to wait 2-3 weeks for a crown to be made. My husband just had a crown done at our old dentist's office. He had to wait 3 weeks for the crown to be made. I had a very wonderful experience at Dr. Jeremy Bolds office. Pam the hygienist was very knowledgeable, I had a few questions, and answered very professionally. Pam was also very gental when performing the cleaning. And little to No pain after the procedure , I would highly recommend Pam & Dr. Bold's office John P

I've been going to see Dr. Bold of Bold Smiles for a few years now. I love his staff as they're always friendly & make you feel comfortable...as though you've been friends forever! Yesterday I saw Pam for the first time for my teeth cleaning. She was warm & friendly and has a demeanor which puts you right at ease.
