We are from Toledo, here for my husband's job. Tracy waited on us tonight. The service was excellent. Everything came out perfectly. Great food and large portions. Had to get dessert to go because we were so full. Figured if everything else was that good we couldn't pass up on dessert :-) thanks for the great dinner
The service was excellent, the atmosphere great, the food Exceptional, the staff was great,. Our waitress was SUPER attentive to our every need and great help on menu questions. I will highly recommend Rachel's Roadhouse to everyone I know.

My in-laws and I loved it! Our server, Matt, was amazing! He was so attentive and did such a great job. He was very friendly, attractive, and was very respectful of our 18 month old son! We had a really pleasant experience, thanks to him.��
Great service and good food in a nice, clean atmosphere.
If giving zero were an option, I would. The bar area smelled of sewage, obviously their drains need cleaned. Furthermore, they refuse to show certain sporting events in an already tiny bar with two televisions. They also would not accommodate us in other areas of the restaurant although it contained only 6 people. So much for customer service.
