Great first experience. Awesome and friendly staff, fair prices and to die for plates! Jehnna was our server- she was great, very helpful, gave us suggestions, her favorites and made us feel welcome. Everyone there was friendly and happy to be there. The food has always been very good , and we are from Auburn, NY and we come here when in town for the Jeep Weekend.
Big thank you to the staff at Rachel's for bailing us out today!!! Had a committee meeting scheduled for another location for a month, only to discover when we arrived that they had closed. Called around to other places and the staff at Rachel's were able to accommodate us and were so gracious & welcoming. Awesome staff from the manager to the wait staff!!! Thank you kindly! And the food was scrumptious too!
