My husband and I were on our way back from Ohio. It was getting late so we saw Rachel's and desided to stop. The service was the best we have had in a long time. The food came out quick. My husband ordered meat loaf, and I had chicken with portabella mushrooms. The portions were big. We had enough for another meal. Are meals were hot and tasted wonderful. Thank you for the great service.

Great service and food. Our server was terrific and the food was delicious. We however disappointed in the hoho cake, we took home. We’ve gotten it multiple times before, tonight it was dry. Usually the cake is very moist.
Tonight's meal was not one of their best. The burger was good, but the (And I'm using this term lightly) fries were basically the scraps of the fryer. How yummy. Wishing I could post a picture. There is one in my page that backs up my claim, you make your own judgement on them. Also, they really need to clean. It smells. The carpet, the tables, the walls. They need degreaser.
Top Notch food, great service, and awesome atmosphere.
