Good food and excellent staff
Food was good and customer service was great.
Reminds me a lot of the original Rachel’s Roadhouse.
Mens bathroom was filthy, toilet paper thrown all over floor, toilet filled with dark yellow urine, floors where soaking wet. Food has gone way down hill since it had first opened. Half of the issue is it's located right up the hill from Downtown Butler, so most of the staff is from there. waiters/waitresses seem to be rushing around, however arent doing anything pertaining to there job. Will stick right down street from my house at Springfield Grill.

All 3 bartenders are very unfriendly. We will NEVER come back. We will visit any other of the Springfield Group, but Butler is definitely off limits. Btw, bartenders are supposed to BE FRIENDLY!
