Hello and good day, the 1 star is for the dentist and her assistant that did my fillings. On 02 08 24 I came here for several fillings they did a great job and the people that helped with my fillings was really nice. I had no complications with my surgery, however on Mar 05 I receive a bill I called and spoke to Chelsea C to ask why have I received a bill. On my first visit, I was immediately taken to radiology and told by Dr. Oates' assistant that I would need a panoramic radiograph. I explained to her that I brought my most recent panoramic imaging which was taken by my orthodontist only a year before. Without reviewing my recent panoramic film, she said she could not accept it and that I had to have another one taken at the office before I could be seen. High quality dentistry, very clean, and a great overall experience
We love Dr. Oates! I couldn’t ask for a more caring, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable dentist. My experiences, which have been several, have been nothing but wonderful with both Dr Oates and her assistants! Everyone from the front office to the dental assistants and hygienists are the sweetest and so good at what they do. And they are amazing with kids! I highly recommend!!

From check in to check out Rachel Oates Family Dentistry goes above and beyond. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and explain what is needed to get your oral health to where it is needed. I can not say enough good things about this office!
From the beginning to the end of my appointment, everyone I spoke with was great. The office is super clean and organized. Dr. Oates and Dr. Waits work so well together. They both made me feel super comfortable. The complimentary nitrous gas helps too! I am really looking forward to going back (and I have never said that before).
Recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best dentist I have had the pleasure of seeing. 100% professional in client service along with just the greatest staff. They make you feel like family!
