We had a negative experience with Melody on the Rachel Kendall team and when we complained, the leader of the team was not helpful or understanding. Additionally, when we wanted to use a different real estate agency, Rachel Kendall refused to release their exclusivity unless they “referred” us to another agency - meaning they would get part of any commission, which no agent we have talked to would accept. The Rachel Kendall Team sold my house in a day! More importantly, they helped navigate the process for me by educating me about my options. They had several people on their team helping me so there was always someone available to answer my questions (and there were many). They took a seemingly stressful situation and aloud me to sleep well at night. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Rachel listed/sold my home in amazing time and her Team answered my questions even before I asked them. She then took me 45 minutes north of our county to Lake Gaston. I think of her Team every time I go fishing!
