Dr. Balloch, Laurie and staff were compassionate, efficient, and professional from my initial visit through the entire process of surgery to recuperation to recovery. End-to-end, I felt confident that I was being cared for by an honest, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable and experienced doctor and team.
Extremely knowledgeable & wonderful bedside manner. She is right on the money the first time.
I tell Dr. Balloch and her staff that she solved all of my problems in ten minutes. I developed pain on the top of my foot. I saw Dr. Balloch who ordered an x-ray prior to my visit, diagnosed me with arthrtis treated the pain and recommended a transdermal creme for ongoing treatment of pain. Dr. Balloch also treated my calluses with an updated procedure resulting in my having less office visits related to this issue. And Dr. Balloch has the sweetest staff at the Avon location!
To whom it may concern: I am more than ready willing and able to share specifics but 500 characters is not enough space to describe the situation that I was in and why l would recommend Dr. Balloch. What I do have room to state is that I was in dire straits and in full despair. Then Dr. Balloch entered my world and l now look forward to waking up and experiencing life at at higher level.
