Terrible experience with this physician. After Achilles’ tendon surgery she attempted to send me back to work before I was physically Capable of performing my duties despite what physical therapy said I was capable of doing. She proceeded to tell me “you have great range of motion,” but never touched my foot or did any assessment herself. She was cold, compassion less and downplayed all my symptoms and concerns. Amazing experience. Bunion, hammertoe, Achilles tendon, bone graft and bone fusions all in one operation and not one but of pain. Fully explained the procedure and what to expect afterward and was 100% on the money. Back on my feet in 2 months, now in P/T and will be walking normally and without pain soon since the P/T is already showing marked improvements. Cannot recomment enough, she was AMAZING.

I had Achilles’ tendon surgery less than a week ago . She has been so caring and explained everything about the surgery and what to expect after the surgery . I would recommend her and her office staff to everyone.
I recently had plantar fasciitis surgery - Dr Ballock and her staff was incredible. She generates a high level of confidence in her knowledge, her approach and competencies. Everything she did and explained, and told em would happen, happened. I was so anxious about this surgery ,I delayed it twice. Dr Ballock supported me with compassi9ns, patience and a great deal of gra+e. I am 8 days out of surgery, walking , driving, wearing regular shoes, and looking forward to better days!
Love Doctor Balloch an her staff. Recovering from major surgery isn't easy, many up and downs over the months, and they have been there for me.... Every hop of the way.... :) I have a long recovery ahead of me, but knowing I have the best doctor, and support system in place... I know I will be up and better than ever and looking back on this journery soon enough!
After being very frustrated about the care I have received in the past from foot doctors, I decided to make one final attempt to seek help with my feet. I found Dr. Balloch to be personable, knowledgeable and a good listener. Within 6 weeks, I am feeling better about my feet than I have in many years! So glad I did the research to find her, a true gem in this field!
