New York Eye Care and Dr. Rabin has absurd wait times. I waited slightly over two hours and hadn't gotten any further than filling out the initial paperwork. Apparently they are cohorts with Queens Optical Center who share the same space. A part of the appointment is to be seen by the optometrist before any additional testing and actually getting to see the doctor himself. Every time I've had an appt. I've had to wait 4 hours or more. It's rediculous!
HORRIBLE OFFICE THEY ARE RUNNING. I called at 6pm and their calls were being transferred to an operating system to take their calls they don't make appointments. They told me to keep calling because the office is open until 7:15. I kept calling and no one from their office was picking up. They finally called me back the next day in the morning. Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
They made sure every question I had was answered. They make effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listen to my questions or concerns.. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, Dr. Rabin rates highly compared to a top-of-the field- opthamologist I had been treated by years ago. They were welcoming and friendly.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
