Don came out tested our water and explained everything to us. Very courteous and professional. On day of set up Devon the installer called me 30 mins ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he explained everything, completed everything in a timely fashion and cleaned his area when he was done. There is no comparison between this and our old system. If you have hard water this is who you need to talk to!
Kinetico systems are the best. I am on my second system. My salesman Tim was awesome. He made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was happy with my system, which I am. Rabb water is a great company with awesome customer service. Their installers are professional and knowledgeable too. You can’t beat a Kinetico system!
I have terrible water with a lot of iron bacteria. I bought my first Kinetico water softner from Rabb 1n 1987. It gave us good water and service until this summer of 2018 when it finally said that is enough. 31 years. I just purchased another system from Rabb. It is initially expensive to purchase but actually cheap in the long run. Very happy with the product and the fellows were the best on installation.
