We have a Kinetico Water Softener and K5 Drinking Water System. We've been incredibly pleased with both. The water softener has been easy to use and very efficient! The K5 drinking system provides great tasting water for cooking and everyday drinking.
Came back from vacation back in January and our water was disgusting. Turns out our water softener was done for. Called a couple of companies prior to calling Rabb Water and got no response. I called Rabb Water and they were able to come out the next day for a water test. Water was just as bad as I thought. We scheduled installation the next day. We just recently (end of Dec 2016) purchased a new Kinetico softener and RO system. We had both previously, but they were different brands. We live in the country so our water is very hard. We were having problems with hard water still coming through and our RO water filters were getting harder to get and I hardly drank it due to not liking the taste. We purchased our first Kinetico about 25 years ago, a K-60 model and it finally wore out after many years of great service. Contacted Rabb Water Systems and within a few days we had new Premier 2060s installed and the wife is happy again. No more rust stains and she has soft water to wash her hair! And while we were at it we also had Rabb install the K5 Drinking Water Station and we love it. Highly recommended!
Water is much better now. Before, the coffee tasted salty. Now everything is as it should be!
