We have had a Kinetico softener for 3+ years now and love the fact that it only regenerates when needed, not on a schedule, especially that we are now empty nesters that don't have the water requirement as before. We just had an oxidizer installed to get rid of the soluble minerals, especially iron, that the softener couldn't remove and installed a RO system. I did not pick a 5 as 5 says I love it. I did not love writing the check however, they did everything they say they would do and we are satisfied with the results. Our goal was to remove a Sulfur smell from our water which they said would possibly take a few weeks. It was gone the next day. Quality product from quality people that know what they are doing when it comes to H2O.
We received our first Kinetico water system after having regular water softeners for years and we will never go back! We love our water and don't know how we've gone this long without a Kinetico! The people who work there are really nice too which makes it even better!! :-)

Just bought the Kinetico 2060 and RO system. Prior to this would we would have to scrub the rust stains out of our tub and sinks very frequently. We've now had the system for about a month with dramatic improvement. We also bought bottled water and ice because of the poor tasting water, we no longer have to do this. I have had several different water systems prior to this, none that have worked this well. Salesperson and instillation folks were great as well.
Have had my new softener for about 4weeks skin is much healthier looking so pleased with the installation the guys were so friendly and explained everything so you understand how it all works. I would recommend them to all my friends thanks so much Don!!
