The customer service was awesome! They were effective and efficient on everything! They were on time and extremely thorough with how it worked! The installer (John) took the time to go through the questions we had!

We just had a new oxidizer installed in our house by Rabb Water and absolutely love it! Our water is so much better! No sulfur smell, no iron stains on our clothes, better tasting water, softer skin, dishes are clean, etc.... We are so happy ! I highly recommend Rabb Water to everyone! We just moved into a house that the softener hadn't been working correctly for a long time. Rust build up on everything!! Metal smell in the shower...I was fed up. Someone told me to call Rabb and I'm one happy customer!! My hair feels so much better and everything is staying clean! Couldn't say enough great things about the kinetico softener they installed and all the help they were to us!! Also got the reverse osmosis and we are loving it!!

We had major rust issues with the house we purchased but after we got a rabb softner we have clear and clean water now.....I would definitely recommend it!
We are very pleased with our new Rabb Water Softner. The repairman that came first was very helpful and pleasant to talk with and was honest in whether to fix or get a new one. The delivery man was very nice and friendly as well as the salesman, Ken Moyer.
