We just got our Kinetico water softener from Rabb. We couldn't be happier with the softener or the company. Our salesman, Tim, was friendly, no pressure, and knew his business. One man came to remove our old softener and do the installation. He made sure everything was where we wanted it and explained how it all worked. Our water is better than it has ever been in our home of 27 years. We highly recommend Rabb!
We knew our water quality was not very good. With the new Rabb softening system it shows how terrible our water really was. It is the best we have had in the 21 yrs living here. Hats off to Tim. Wes and Aaron in Service were awesome!! Rabb you have a team you should be proud of!! We are now using less soaps, less cleaning (iron). I would highly recommend this system to anyone appreciating the best H20. Thanks Rabb Team!!
My new Kinetico Premier Series water softener was installed on 2/23/15. Less than a month later it has quit working. Could definitely tell a difference with showers and laundry beginning this weekend. Toilet bowls are starting to stain again due to iron in the water. No doubt in my mind that it has quit working less than a month after it was installed. I can understand that sometimes new things are defective. We are so glad we had Rabb install a system to remove the sulfur from our water. We've had a Kinetico softener for years but only in the last two years did we have problems with sulfur. The softener is great and so we decided to try the system for the sulfur. Our water is better than ever and we couldn't be happier! No more smelly water! Thank you Kinetico and Rabb Water Systems!
Love the Rabb Water System we can now drink our water and it now longer has an iron smell to the water. Everything seems cleaner.
We love our new water softener! I didn't really think it would make a big difference but I really do notice! Our dishes are spotless and our showers have no rust spots! I would highly recommend!
So glad to have our new water system! Makes bath time so much nicer. My hair feels like I don't even need conditioner after washing! The dishwasher is doing its job now and my silverware is spotless. Only have to wash glasses one time now! Using less detergent than before too! Very happy with our new Kinetico water system. Love it! Oh and Scott was so informative and very friendly too! Nice guy! We had a lot of iron in our water. Our new Rabb Water System corrected this resulting in less soap and detergent use. Also it has made our skin feel softer and has taken away an odor we had in our hot water.
After having the new water softener installed, I immediately noticed a difference in the smell of the hot water...I guess I had gotten used to it. The whole house water faucets have less deposits on them too. My water seems "wetter" and so I am using less detergent, shampoo, and conditioner.
