We have had a water softener ever since we have lived at our residence however it was hit-or-miss when it would run out of salt. Whenever it would run out of salt our water was extremely hard, in fact the hardest iron levels RAB has ever tested per our salesman. My 3rd actual system. First I left in a house I sold, the second we moved. This time, since the system was 20 years old, we decided to leave it and get a new one. This system has a smaller salt tank, due to less available space. Love it. It works as well as the others I've had. Jack did a good job assessing our needs. Noel did a great job with a small adjustment we needed. Recommend them highly for all sorts of water types and Kinetico, too!
We've had our new system for almost 2 months now and couldn't be happier with it. No more orange stains in the tub, toilet and sinks. Very pleased and comfortable with the service and knowledge given to us by our installer. No mess, no hassle installation.
Just a few weeks ago, we made a decision to replace our old RO water filtration system with a Kinetico one. The old one was functioning so poorly that we could not get more than 4 cups of water for our coffee maker before the system literally slowed to a dribble. We are very pleased with our new Kinetico water softener and filtration system. the water feels good on our skin and we are using less water for laundry and showers and such. This new system replaced a 21+ year old Kinetico system in our home. If this one lasts as long as the old system (which it should) we will be extremely happy.
After we had the Kinetico softener installed, no more rust in the fixtures (or on our clothes). The water tastes fantastic and without odor.
