Worst customer service ever. I was trying to buy a filter and needed help finding the size. I knew the size I needed but they wouldn't even help me find the filters because my system isn't through them. Rude behavior

Ms. Pritchett, we are alarmed at this review. We pride ourselves in great customer service, but we do make mistakes. I'm hoping there maybe some sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication. We help people daily locate items that are not originally purchased from us. Did you call or come into our store? Have we helped you locate this filter in the past? Where do you normally buy the filter? Can you give the size again here and let us check for you? We are happy to help you.

Great customer service and amazing supporter of the community!
We have resolved the situation with a few visits
I experienced great customer service at Rabb Water Systems. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and professional but they were kind too. Aaron serviced my water softener and took the time to make sure I understood. Aaron also called ahead and let me know when he'd be there so I didn't have to wait around. I highly recommend Rabb Water Systems to anyone who likes to be treated well, priced fairly, and educated on what's going on!
We have had our Kinetico system for almost 5 years now and everything has been great until we experienced some trouble in June. Although Rabb Kinetico had to come out twice to get things fixed, we now are back to having great water again. The servicemen were polite, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Rabb Kinetico!
