I see why he only has 1.7 because you have to at least put 1 to write a review I haven’t had to rent in almost 20 years didn’t know it was now an auction list it for 1 price then ask for an offer … you should definitely list for what you are asking for your renting a property not purchasing it so as not waste anybody’s time potential renters should be able to sue for distress but then again if the property owner is working with this realtor you probably don’t want to rent from them ….# Realtycircus
Sri of Raavstar is very unprofessional, does not follow typical agent protocol and his practices are extremely questionable. In an agent-to-agent situation, he has been extremely difficult to work both times I have attempted to work with him and is very disrespectful. Not recommended.
Been trying to call them for long, but they never answered the call. The listings might be fake.
Sent several request to tour a property on several listing sites. No response. No phone calls answered. No voicemails returned. Very unprofessional for a real estate agent to not respond to potential renters. I wish I could get in touch with the owner.
