Poor realtor-to-realtor experience with this agent when representing a tenant interested in one of his rental listings. He refused to answer any questions regarding pet, security system, paint, move-in, etc. policies until he saw my tenant's bank statements and W2s, and shared with me on the phone that "everything depends on how much money your tenant has". Called for highest and best monthly rent offer, we came in over asking, and he still ended up asking for $300/mo more. Wouldn't take my responses for an answer and started reaching out to my clients behind my back! Also low co-op commission on rentals.
Almost signed a lease with this guy. Very difficult to work with & pushy, we disclosed we had a dog, (when pets were ok at rental) & that we have an ESA (emotional support animal) document signed by a physician prior to running credit checks & charging $60/person. He increased price on lease to $50/mo. pet rent and $400 pet deposit & would not waive it. It's against the law to charge pet rent and a pet deposit when you have a disability & an ESA form.
