We make special trips from Joliet to our place for the chicken dinners awesome!
Great food and a very friendly attentive staff.
This has been a favorite when traveling through, however, yesterday was disappointing. Poor service and the food wasn't as good as in the past.
Went there for dessert and coffee only. Apple pie and coffee were both delicious and the decor was charming. I can't say the same for my waitress. Rude, rushed and never refilled my coffee. I tried to flag her down and eventually gave up. She must have been having a bad day but that isn't my problem. The man who sat across the way from me asked politely if she wouldn't mind wiping his table down with a dry cloth since she had left it damp and she stormed off throwing a handful of silverware down on the table behind him. Excellent service from Patty greeting us to our server Jessie. Prime rib was excellent. All the homemade baked goods. We will be back. Loved the decor and ambiance!!! 5 Stars
My husband and I drive over the road. We stopped Christmas Day to have dinner. Stood in line and hostess asked if we wanted booth or table. We said table was fine. She motioned to that area and said help yourself. So we did, only to find out no tables were open. So we got back in line. Shift mgr seated. After several minutes the waitress ask for our order. We both ordered the traditional turkey dinner. At 5:30 they were out of turkey dinners and prime rib dinners. So we order pot roast dinners. Very disappointed in all of it... read more
We love this place! The food and service as always excellent!
Always a good stop for good food and never dissatisfied with anyone or the food, its one of those places, you gotta try everything on the menu.
We are side by side riders. We stopped to have a late lunch at Rplace the food was excellent. We would recommend this place to everyone.
