They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Dr. Judd and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I always feel confident I am in good hands and well taken care of during my visits. Their office is well organized and clean. Dr. Judd is the most gentle dentist I have ever been too. I never realized how relatively pain-free the cavity filling process could be. I only wish my family had discovered him sooner! I especially appreciate Dr Judd's honesty and his current, effective methods.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to
