All my question are answered, and they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff very friendly and welcoming. The office is easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judd's ever since I moved to California in 1993. I actually look forward to my visits (I mean it!) because I really don't mind the dentist, but also because they are always so friendly and they have become like family to our family. I even take my 3 children to see him and have been very pleased. I took my first child to see a pediatric dentist when we lived briefly in Orange County and they wanted to sedate him for a cavity! As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
